Shitty First Drafts by Anne Lamott

Anne Lomatt's, strategy and obstacles she faces, during the process of writing a first draft for any occasion, is common to any writer. I agree that no one, not even the best writers can sit down and lay out a five star master piece nor write more than a single line, without first having to go through some trouble. In any case, writing anything at all with impulsion can be a help to developing a dim point that can be transformed to something more indulging. William Stafford, says " One implication is the importance of just plain receptivity", what he's trying to say is, as a writer you should be ready to accept everything around you as a essential part of what you lay down on paper. The uniqueness of this is process is that only the person writing can view things a certain way, that even if someone else would take place with the same action, they would not be able to see things the same. Strange as it maybe, Lomatt's, process is quite similar to that of , Stafford's, for she lets everything that clogs her mind sink in. Her advice to, "write it down, even if it's stupefied, then straighten it up, finally polish it" is pretty comprehensible and easy to follow.
